CONCEPT
Dr. Seuss as a storyteller in the grandest sense of the world. Not only did he tell fantastical tales of faraway places but he also gave us a unique visual language that carried his stories to new heights of artistic expression.
It as the surreal quality and explosive energy that attracts me to Dr Seuss' work and I wish to pay tribute by re-creating his otherworldly places in my own style, with the aim of taking the audience big or small, into a ride inside Dr Seuss' brilliant poetry and art.

BRIEF
Select three scenes inside Dr Seuss' book The Thinks You Can Think and identify the key words or elements that make up the scene. The reason why I chose specifically these three is that the texts are simply yet ambiguous, a perfect base to interpret and build images on top.
